The project scope consists of the construction of an 8,500 square feet ground-up senior housing project, work included site work, site utilities, new foundation, structure, roofing, waterproofing, site utilities, and interior finishes for a ground-up 14 bedroom senior housing facility including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and, patio, garage, and common space.
