The scope of work consists of preparing a CPM construction schedule for a big Amazon warehouse with the size of 1,000,000 SF. Work included interior renovation and structural retrofitting, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, site improvements, and added office spaces next to the hanger. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the demolition of existing walls, metal window frames, and glass. Partial removal of acoustic ceiling tiles and lighting fixtures. Relocation of ductwork, VAV box, hydronic piping, and electrical wiring. Construction of new office spaces and site improvements.
