The project scope consists of renovation of the west basement wing and the first and second floors of the Building with associated supporting work in the basement and attic. Construction of a new elevator and shaft at the front exterior of the building and exterior improvements are also included. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the site, civil, structural, hazardous materials, architectural, fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Work includes general construction, alterations, necessary removal of existing structures and construction, and certain other items. Work includes all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform the required electrical construction work on this project including all low voltage work. Work includes all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform the required Mechanical construction work on this project including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection work.
