The scope of work consists of preparing a detailed CPM construction schedule for the CBP offices building, the work includes demolishing & construct the full interior build-out of the 2.5 floors 40,000 square feet office space for the new CBP Offices. The work must reach substantial completion no later than 115 days from the notice to proceed.
