The project scope consists of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools, and equipment required for the construction of a new 6000 square feet Calibration Laboratory for the CSMS at the Fort Indiantown Gap Pennsylvania National Guard Training Center, located in Annville, Lebanon County, PA and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents.
