The scope of work consists of the construction of a new two-story high school. Work includes site work, structure, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, fire sprinkler, floor, wall, ceiling finishes, and ADA compliance restrooms. Also Included are final site improvements to the drop-off lane, front entry, and new Student outdoor learning and dining areas.
