The scope of work consists of renovations to approximately 2,947 square feet of existing office and laboratory area on the ground level of Levi hall located on the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus. The renovation will include but not be limited to selective demolition of walls, doors, casework, lighting, and finishes. New construction consists of renovations to the existing laboratory area, room 45 to include new walls doors relocated casework and equipment, lighting, finishes, and modifications to the existing HVAC system. renovations to the office areas; rooms 36, 37 & 38 to include new walls doors, millwork, furniture, lighting, finishes, and modifications to the existing HVAC system.
