The project is to provide design and construction services to complete the construction of the 2,600 square feet Welcome Center at the Keystone Job Corps Center, Drums, PA. The work includes, but is not limited to, interior finishes, roofing, miscellaneous site improvements in the form of general landscaping, roads, parking, drainage, connection to all utility lines, and site, security lighting. The design-build project when complete will produce a code-compliant, fully functional facility.
