The scope of work consists of renovation of (demolition and new construction) the existing group, nurse, office, and exam areas on the 7th Floor of Building 1, approximately 16,500 square feet. Demolition shall include the removal and disposal of all material of the existing partitions, casework, ceiling, plumbing fixtures, mechanical/HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, and telecom & IT systems as indicated on the plans and per the specifications provided. New installation shall include new partitions, casework, ceiling, new IT closet with equipment, new plumbing fixtures, new mechanical & HVAC system, new electrical system, and new fire suppression system and alarming as indicated on the plans and per the specifications provided.
