This project scope consists of the renovation of the restrooms to accommodate male and female personnel. The work includes the total demolition of the existing restrooms and the reorganization of the space. The new bathrooms will provide showers and lockers areas for men and women. Renovation of the Office Area which includes two offices and a large open area for cubicles and an open breakroom. New mechanical systems for the Office Area, Breakroom, and Restrooms. New electrical system for the Office Area, Breakroom, Restrooms, and Laminate Room and LED lighting and ceilings throughout these areas. There are minor changes to the facade to facilitate the construction. The relocation of the windows and removal of the unit conditioners are the major items that are being removed and relocated to facilitate the new design.
