Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade fitness, and recreation center. The work includes, but is not limited to Demolition of the existing two-story recreation center, demolition of existing single-story aquatic center and pool, construction of new two-story recreation and aquatic center, realignment of portions of El Zanjon Creek, realignment of portions of City Park Way, site work for the preparation of new building, wet and dry utility improvements, site improvements, landscaping and parking lot.
