The scope of work consists of Multi-Purpose Building Alteration at Westside Elementary School and related site improvements; interface with the existing facilities and systems. Scope of Work is defined as all material, labor, equipment, and services necessary to do all work shown on the drawings and called for in the Specifications, Including all new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, Fire sprinkler, floor/wall/ceiling finishes and ADA compliance restrooms. Also Included are final site improvements to the drop-off lane, front entry, and new Student outdoor learning and dining areas.
